I’m a massage therapist with an insatiable curiosity for the structure and function of the human body. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the way the body adapts, compensates, protects, and expresses our inner world. Every body is unique, yet every body is also striving toward the most efficient form that evolution continues to refine. Our challenges come from everywhere—environmental stressors, daily habits, occupational demands, injuries, emotional patterns, and deeply rooted traumas held in our tissues. My work is dedicated to understanding these influences and helping you navigate them with greater awareness, ease, and resilience. With more than ten ten years of hands-on experience and over 100 five-star reviews, I’ve developed a highly intuitive and anatomy-based approach to therapeutic bodywork. I integrate deep tissue massage, Thai-inspired stretching, sports massage, Swedish techniques, myofascial release, Reiki, hot stone work, and targeted mobility techniques into each session. No two bodies are the same, so no two sessions are ever repeated. Together, we’ll explore what is keeping your body from finding its most efficient, comfortable form. My goal is to help melt chronic tension, restore movement, improve circulation and mobility, support your nervous system, and create space for you to reconnect with your own physical intelligence. Outside of my work, my interests are as wide-ranging as my curiosity: psychology, economics, exercise, cooking, crafting cocktails, fiber arts, graphic arts, furniture restoration, and spending meaningful time with my family. All of these passions influence how I see people, how I understand patterns, and how I approach the body with both technical knowledge and empathy. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Forma, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for me to fill that spot, and they directly impact both my schedule and the clients who are waiting for care. For that reason, I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice — or not attended — will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy isn’t about penalties — it’s about respecting time, maintaining structure, and ensuring that every client receives consistent, reliable care. It allows me to run my business sustainably, show up fully for the people I serve, and provide the level of attention and presence my work requires.
